Deposit Terms and Conditions *

I acknowledge that once an appointment is scheduled, a deposit will be required to secure the booking. The terms of this deposit will be provided in the deposit form at the discretion of the artist. I also understand that any 'no-show', cancellation or rescheduling within two-weeks of my appointment will result in the loss of any monies paid.

Health and Wellbeing Terms and Conditions *

I agree to inform the artist prior to my appointment of any relevant health conditions, pre-existing or current, that could impact the process, healing or condition of my tattoo (mental and/or physical).

Intellectual Property Terms and Conditions*

I understand that the artwork produced by the artist is the sole intellectual property of the creator and cannot be redistributed or profiteered off by any other individual without the written consent of the original artist.
